"BAHAY SAN RAFAEL - A HOME WHERE ANGELS LIVE"
Inspired by the charity and legacy of our founder St. John of God, the HOSPITALLER BROTHERS OF ST. JOHN OF GOD came back to the Philippines in 1988 to continue its mission of living the example of its founder in his love and care for the poor‐sick and needy people.

Bahay San Rafael is an institution born out of love for God's poorest of the poor.  Founded in 1996 as a non‐stock, non‐profit residential center, BSR is home to persons with multiple disabilities.  The center is duly licensed and accredited by the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) as a home for abandoned children with cerebral palsy.

Our Philosophy of Care
It is the aim of Bahay San Rafael to provide quality care and rehabilitation programs that will help persons with handicapping conditions develop their full potentials.


Programs and Services

The center employs a multi‐disciplinary approach to rehabilitation as such Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Special Education.
Residents are assisted by professional caregivers. 
Facilities include multi‐sensory room, physical therapy room, occupational therapy room and hydrotherapy room.
